Culinary storytelling services to engage and sell across countries and languages

Why narratives?

Gastronomy is about people, from farmers to chefs, and the stories behind them. Storytelling is the most powerful and effective way to reach and engage audiences. Creating a narrative around a restaurant, a cuisine or a region and sharing the stories through written or spoken word, is the only way to stimulate interest and ultimately attract new customers.

  • “Tina is a great food writer with an incredible instinct and knowledge of the gastronomic world. She’s fluent in several languages, including Spanish and English, a genuine citizen of the world and is able to understand and communicate the context of the gastronomic world from different perspectives. She’s a true team player and a very sensible person. It’s a pleasure to have her on our team and we will of course count on her whenever we can in the future.”

Lola Montes, Deputy director, Mateo & Co

  • “Tina has coordinated the international press and content for the gastronomy congress Madrid Fusión since 2021 and we couldn't be happier with her work. Her knowledge of the gastronomy world and the key players on an international level make her absolutely unique. She’s not only capable of reporting, identifying and telling the stories that matter, but her passion for food and gastronomy make her an expert in everything that’s happening in the culinary world.”

Patricia Mateo, Director of Gastronomy, Vocento Gastronomia

  • “We have had the great pleasure of working with Tina Nielsen as a journalist and expert in the horeca and gastronomy sector. We know Tina thanks to her international publications and invited her to deliver a keynote presentation and participate in expert panel sessions. Tina’s valuable contribution, in coverage and distribution of our event on a global scale, as well as her participation as an expert has helped us grow and become the biggest sector event.”

    Manel Bueno, Event director, HIP

  • “Tina is a master creator of gastronomic stories that engage audiences; at the 2022 Morella Literary Festival (Spain), Tina kept the public engaged, helping them see gastronomy in a new and storified way, which they are much more likely to remember.”

Elena Moya, Author and director of the Morella Literary Festival
